Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your return back to our warehouse.
